Lente facilitates Digital Marketing training programs to individuals working for an organisation (being it their own organisation or under employment) in where they gain relevant digital marketing skills, knowledge, and experience. A mentorship program is included to stimulate both personal and professional growth.

The Gap

There is a big gap between of what students learn as part of a university Digital Marketing course or degree and what skills and knowledge are required in a Digital Marketing role.

No training at the workplace

Often when someone starts a Digital Marketing role they'd receive no to limited training and have to learn by doing without proper mentorship.

Effective external training?

External training could improve the learning experience. However, most training institutes deliver the course with limited practical integration and no support during and afterwards which reduces its effectiveness.

The solution

A bridge between education and the workforce can be made by providing a training programs in where skills and knowledge can be directly applied to existing projects, there is room to practice, and a mentor providing long term guidance.
