The program combines personalised coaching, self-discovery and practical career exploration. Human Design is used as a tool to better understand your working style, decision-making, needs and preferences.

The Four-Week Career Clarity Process

Each week builds on the previous one, helping you move from self-understanding to a clear and practical direction forward.

Week 1: Understand

Explore your current situation, what feels draining and what you need from your working life. Human Design insights help deepen your understanding of your energy, working style and decision-making.

Week 2: Explore

Identify your strengths, values, preferences and non-negotiables, then explore possible career directions that may suit you.

Week 3: Position

Clarify how you want to communicate your direction, experience and strengths, whether you are considering a new role, career change or return to work.

Week 4: Move

Bring everything together in a personalised Career Clarity Roadmap with practical priorities and realistic next steps for moving towards your chosen direction.

I’m a Career Coach and Educator with a background in digital marketing, university teaching and career support. I enjoy helping people make sense of complex questions, understand themselves more deeply and find clarity when they feel stuck. My approach combines supportive coaching, practical reflection, education and Human Design-informed self-understanding.
