The SOLO program is designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, founders, or anyone who’d like to apply Digital Marketing for their own business. It’s important that your business’ web presence plays an integral part in your business success. For example, you use your website to generate leads, or sell items on. You must have a complete and working website at the start of the program as it’s not a web development program.

We understand that there could be lots on the line for solopreneurs at the early stages of their business, and a digital marketing program like this would be a costly investment if things don’t work out. The SOLO program will be delivered in 4 phases to support your business growth in the best way:

Program Planning
Get started with your Digital Marketing activities after the first week of workshops.
WEEK 1
Week 1 is a week of 4 workshops days in where you will gain a basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Web Analytics in the FUNDAMENTALS phase. You’ll use that knowledge to build a Digital Marketing plan in the STRATEGY PLAN phase and in the second part of the workshop week.

- Internal Analysis > Day 3

WEEK 2-3
Week 2-3 contains out of 2 training days in where you do the groundwork for the launch of your Digital Marketing activities as planned in phase 2. You’ll get your website optimised to deliver an excellent user experience and create content or a content brief to implement in the following Launch phase.
Phase 3: Groundwork:
- User Experience & Landing Pages > Day 5
- Content Marketing > Day 6
WEEK 4-8
We stretch this phase over a 5 week period which allows us to focus on the implementation and optimisation of different Digital Marketing activities, like Google Ads, and social media. Once the activities have been launched and generated some data and results, we can then start optimising the performance to reach better outcomes. You’ll be assisted in this phase with lots of information about different channels, their typical performance, and optimisations techniques.
Phase 4 – Launch & Optimise:
- Social Media Marketing > Day 7
- Paid Search > Day 8
- SEO > Day 9
- Display Advertising / Retargeting / Video Advertising > Day 10
- Data Visualisation & Reporting > Day 11
WEEK 9-10
We’d like the training material to be relevant for a long time after completion of this program. So in this Future Strategies phase, we’ll cover different types of Digital Marketing strategies that can be helpful in different stages of your company for any type of business.

Program Facilitation
The SOLO program is facilitated in a flexible way to support the dynamic and busy work weeks of solopreneurs.
Workshop style
Training days will be delivered in workshop-style which means that each session covers multiple parts in where we cover theoretical and a practical hands-on elements so you can apply what you’ve learned straight away.
Hybrid learning
Join training days from our training facility in Surry Hills, or tune-in online. You can decided how you’d like to join each session, although we encourage you to join in person.
Your Trainer
Your trainer is a practicing Digital Marketer with many years of industry and teaching experience. She’s an entrepreneur herself so knows what’s important to you.
Dates & Duration
The SOLO program takes 10 weeks to complete. The first week contains out of 4 training days, followed by 1 training day per week in the following 9 weeks. You can start the program each month.

Will this program be tailored to my industry and the unique needs of my business?

The difference sits within the strategy, channel selection and messaging tat would be relevant to your business. In the SOLO program you’ll learn how to create a tailored Digital Marketing Strategy Plan for your business, with support of your trainer.
Are there any additional fees or expenses?
There are no hidden fees or any extra’s you’d have to pay to participate in the SOLO program. The program fee covers the training days, program material, and a mentorship program.
We expect that you have a functioning website before you commence the program, so that might require some upfront investment.
What is the expected time commitment for the program, and can I fit it into my schedule?
We know that (new) business owners are excited to launch or grow their business and therefore don’t have much time left in the day to learn a new skill. That’s why we have made this course as practical as possible and you that can apply the things you learned to your business during the training days, with the extra benefit of having personal support of your trainer so you don’t waist any time.
This program requires full commitment during its 13 training days of max 8 hours each. As of week 2, you might have to dedicate some extra time to content creation needed to execute the digital marketing activities. But most of the activities can be done during the training days.
Is it worth investing in a Digital Marketing course?
This course would be valuable when Digital Marketing plays an important role within your business. You will kick off and managing your own Digital Marketing activities with support of your trainer. Once the program has completed, you can continue doing this work yourself, but if one day you decide to hand it over to a specialist, you understand why and what they are doing which makes your and their lives much easier.
What is the expected outcome of the SOLO program?
The SOLO program is designed for you to gain Digital Marketing skills and knowledge so that you can plan, implement, and optimise the Digital Marketing activities for your growing business.
What are the prerequisite to join this program?
As the SOLO program is a very practical and hands-on program, we need our participant to have a functioning website and are (soon to be) ready to launch their Digital Marketing activities. These are the only two prerequisites.
Some Digital Marketing activities require a monetary investment, like social media ads or Google ads. Although for some businesses it could be beneficial to advertise and therefore have some budget to spend, it’s not a hard requirement to participate in this program as there are many other Digital Marketing activities you can do outside of online advertising.
