Program Design

Although the Digital Marketing training in our BESPOKE program is customised to fulfil the unique requirements of your team, we follow a consistent development process for all our programs.
BSPOKE Program outline

1) SKILL ASSESSMENT & INTERVIEWS

We start the process with assessments and interviews of the participants to understand the learning objectives and to define skill gaps so that the training can designed towards achieving the desired outcomes and close the skills gap.

2) PROGRAM OUTLINE

In this phase we create a program outline and session plans in where the topics, activities, schedule, and learning outcomes for each session will be documented. It basically covers the planning of the program.

3) DELIVERY part #1

Once all parties are happy with the Program Outline, we start delivering the first part of the training sessions according to the session plans.

4) REVIEW & OPTIMISATIONS

Half way through the program, we conduct research to review the program so that we understand if we're on our way to reach the learning outcomes set at the start and optimise the content and/or delivery of the training sessions accordingly.

5) DELIVERY part #2

We deliver the second half of the program according to the (optimised) program outline and session plans, and complete the program at the end.

6) EVALUATION & NEXT STEPS

In this final stage we evaluate the program to understand if learning objectives have been met, what went well, and what could have been better so that we can implement those learnings for future programs and follow-up with next steps. We'll celebrate a successful program with a get-together and hand-out certificates.

Workshop style learning in where we first explain a topic or theory followed by a demonstration based on a relevant example, to complete the topic by providing the trainees with an opportunity to practice themselves.

Weekly 7-hour sessions, for 4 months, 16 sessions total. Workshop style learning in where we explain a topic or theory, demonstrate it with a relevant.

Training will be delivered face to face, in a meeting room facilitated at the media agency’s office.

Each trainee will receive half an hour weekly mentor meetings for personal learning support, delivered via a video call.

An ecommerce company had to down scale on their marketing activities when times were difficult about 2 years ago. The training kick-starts with a 4-day workshop week, followed by 6 bi-weekly day sessions to complete the program within 3 months. Quarterly training days will be organised after completion of the program to keep up with industry trends and technology, fine-tune optimisation techniques, and review performance.
