Workshop style learning in where we first explain a topic or theory followed by a demonstration based on a relevant example, to complete the topic by providing the trainees with an opportunity to practice themselves.
Weekly 7-hour sessions, for 4 months, 16 sessions total. Workshop style learning in where we explain a topic or theory, demonstrate it with a relevant.
Training will be delivered face to face, in a meeting room facilitated at the media agency’s office.
Each trainee will receive half an hour weekly mentor meetings for personal learning support, delivered via a video call.

The training kick-starts with a 4-day workshop week, followed by 6 bi-weekly day sessions to complete the program within 3 months. Quarterly training days will be organised after completion of the program to keep up with industry trends and technology, fine-tune optimisation techniques, and review performance.
